Steve: Dow Jones Composite put in a higher high today from its Oct 2002 low. The question, is this misdirection or leading?

It has made this higher high today with my Daily MTF Models in the over bought range, my weekly model at mid range and rising and my intraday models mixed. Another move up from here should set up the Sept consolidation as support. If not, the over bought pullback may cover more territory than expected.

We shall see...
