Thats the point of the ladder. Many stocks are stuck in these ranges for quite some time and historically have peaks and dips to consistent levels. HRNF should never make a penny. But it made a nice peak at 0.0014. It will soon go back to its low trips again, but and upgrade to ASFX could get you to the 0.003 range that it consistently toys with. A quick switch to GRDO and the $100,000 ladder could be climbed fast.
