Excellent analysis!

But I'm always baffled by the use of $20/lb for niobium. My reading indicates it can actually be much higher, nearer to $30/35 a pound.

This higher price is thought to be more closely in line with real prices due to high demand and a lower supply.

Am I wrong, Jim?

Are you just trying to remain conservative in your estimates?
