Let me put it to you this way, crashman. If Matt (or anyone else) compromised our privacy by stealing our personal information (credit card, addresses, etc)...then they, especially Matt, would open themselves up to litigation that could cost them an enormous sum of money (and time, especially if they have to serve time "behind bars").
