So minimize risk maximize reward take shares long as part of the profits.

Little over sensitive to risky moves these days as can't afford to be broken down right now. At one of those times when it means so much to build and makes it a bit tuff to be swayed so easily on the discipline side of things.
May be a long time before I get this chance to work with again.
