Simple ... if a lawsuit has in fact been filed in Texas as claimed by Ginder ... and Dexter signed the SOX certifications that Labwire has NO Lawsuits ... then it a very simple case of the CEO being Deceptive and Untruthful.
And there are SEC charges available for that sort of event. jmo
