If we are returning tho the pre bubble era as I think we are, stocks can and will remain "undervalued" per the Fed model for long periods of time. That said 20% undervalued is a bit much and hard to lose going long at that level.

I am glad to see you back and posting. If you have been reading the thread on SI, you have seen several that have asked about you, missed you and were concerned about you. That must be gratifying for you to have such a following. Do you have a link to Fed Model Update and/or one that explains it? TIA
