The point I was making is really very simple.
Is there a Lawsuit outstanding against Labwire ... Yes or No?

If the answer is Yes ... then Dexter signed his 10Q cerfifications under Sarbanes Oxley and did not divulge that there is a Legal Action.
This was done knowingly and ignorance is not a defense.
