All well and fine ... but it still does not explain why Dexter signed his Certifications that there was NO Lawsuits.

That statement is False and in conflict with what Dexter signed under Sarbanes-Oxley.

Uhhhm, dexter has hidden the info from shareholders. He obviously is not interested in telling people about it. Don't you think? The SEC filing was delayed on and on and then appears to be materially deficient and as well the the last ones are deceptive. We have LBWR's side of the story and now Ginders, why did it take Ginder to come out with it when LBWR SHOULD have disclosed this very serious issue?
Does anyone live in the area of the court case want to go get a copy? That is what should be done as i have said a couple times already

But to imply that I wish for Dexter to ever post here. I certainly do not as I have never, ever seen that work out for the best.
