I am glad that mngmt is flexible enough to change directions when warranted

I think management underestimated how much they could dump without getting too many people concered. So, yes, they are flexible enough to see they were wrong and decided to add another 250,000,000 shares to their personal ATM.
I don't know if I would be too happy about that.
