The expectation of a dumping is related to the fact that ASWD shares that were worth a penny or less are suddenly worth $.55 based on Fridays close. Most of the ASWD shareholders I imagine will be happy to take what they can get and run. I expect a lot of selling on Monday and will be surprised if the price doesn't fall to below a dime or lower.
That doesn't mean at all that the Petro Kansas shares once the merger takes place will not trade higher. It would depend on the merits of the company.
It is doubtful that the ASWD holders who know hold the PTRZ shares are going to risk not locking in a large profit to see what happens to PTRZ down the road?
