Yes, I do believe as of this time they don't share office space...just as IR told me, and you can keep your bridge..

A lot of websites I visit aren't " up to date " with info..you take some pictures, you have time I'm sure, and post them here.

Actually I couldn't care less if they DID share an office...really..it doesn't matter one bit as to where S3's pps is going...

That is what I have been trying to explain, they do not seem to realize the significance of the fact that Javelin own preferred shares of S3.

The MO is the same as always, the future of S3 is as bleak as all the others CLXM, AERP, GGII, UNCO, HAZH, AVEW.

The information below is mostly incorrect but is probably based on some outdated information still posted online. The Gemini F.C. telephone number is toll-free 888-528-0883. The company no longer has a machine-based fax number (e-Fax only) and does not include a fax number as part of its contact information, since facsimile is not an efficient channel for shareholder communication. The website has not been updated for a couple of years, but we are in the process of including the toll free number, which is new, for client company shareholders.

Mr. Beyer (different middle initial than the Andrew Beyer mentioned below) has provided contract services to Gemini F.C. on an as needed basis for several years but is neither an owner nor an employee of Gemini F.C. The company is 100% employee-owned.

Gemini F.C. had an affiliation with Javelin Advisory Group during a period when Javelin provided compliance, administration and other management services for several of our clients, including SIVC. Javelin has not provided services to SIVC for over two years, and we are not aware of any of our clients who currently use Javelin for any services. As a rule, we work cooperatively with any outside contractors, employees or other representatives for all of our client companies. The affiliate portion of the Gemini F.C. website is also expected to be updated.

We are here to answer any questions about SIVC you may have, so please feel free to ask anything that falls within the realm of publicly disclosed information, and we would be happy to comment on it.
