Hi Rainmaker, As more of a trader than investor I would rather INSV be acquired rather than issue shares to be a buyer. I don't think the company has the cash to buy a real player anywhere and that INSV by itself is enough of a crapshoot without adding another OTCBB company.
PS. I'd prefer the Nasdaq as a biotech company over the Amex anyway, so what's to keep them from applying? Their market cap?
