Oh, so it is not a loan from Henry County, but a guarantee (it will have lock-up provisions on Peter's assets) Now Peter needs a loan from a bank and, of course, the loan guarantee does help some.
Guarantee for on 5 years on a hard asset? Strange, the loan would be for way more years that that or you can make the payments.

Revenge Designs is close to announcing the joint venture with a leading Auto Manufacturer in the view of supplying a proven crash tested rear engine chassis platform design for the Verde.

The Walmart building will be used for an installation center. (68,000 sq. ft.) Wow...expecting a lot of business.
