I think using IHub in an effort to "negotiate" something with the company, in a way that seems it is a clear attempt to extort something from the board of the company... is probably not a good idea.

It appears to me that you are using IHub to prosecute your interest in negotiating and conducting a business transaction with the company, rather than to discuss legitimate topics within the scope and purposes for which the board exists.

I think it is reasonable to ask that you limit yourself to posting nothing here that is related to your interest in any negotiation tied to the conduct of your business, whatever it is, and limit your posts to consideration of the business of the company, and the stock, in a way that does not make your participation here about advocacy for your unique business interests.
