Big surprise, every pink sheet stock says that in PR's. Problem is, they very rarely do it. Every pink sheet stock I follow has made that statement. Even said they were under an audit to present the financial statements. Funny thing is, not a single one is off the pinks and not a single one has produced a completed audit.

Just PR fodder material is all it is.
