If that's the case, then let Vic deMarco file suit against ENCS ASAP and/or take other appropriate actions to bring the alleged truth to light! I think we're all interested in concrete proof of whether or not ENCS owns these or other patents that the PR's have mentioned and if it's really a legit company.
