Do you have entry point for ELX, AMGN on Monday once we pass that minor down phase ?
I checked report on ELX by Soundview as of late June and is their top pick among storage sector with price target of $ 40.
AMGN was mention as top pick by A.G. Edwards on Wall Street Week. Others were Chiron, Biogen.
VOD was mentioned as top pick by Sanford Bernstien. Reasons cited for the pick are low debt/equity ratio compared to other telcos and very good subscriber base in Europe. This is the same analyst who had a sell recommendation on QCOM back in 2000/early 2001, By any chance do you follow or plan to follow VOD ?
Another piece of good news is that French goverment will be stepping in to help debt ridden France Telecom. The stock is up 16 % on Friday.
This could be an indication that the recovery in telco industry might start in Europe first than in U.S. Also China telco market remains healthy.
