You're not missing anything. You'll just have to get used to this type of thing. It comes with the territory. Anytime you have a man like JB who is ALWAYS looking for a better way to do something, he will not make a final committment until the deadline so as to keep options open. He's not being foolish or stupid: he has a site locked in, but will improve on it if he can. Nothing wrong with that.

we are in negotiations with an operator in ny and it might make sense to install first unit there, there are benefits to our site and one other location. In the end john believes it is best to build the first processor on a flatbed so we can move, show and tune with a variety of expertise, like our mobile tape container. There is a lot of interest for site installs and we can build the unit anywhere. John wants to maximize profit and flexibility first.
