All SEC issues were from the previous company this was a shell company purchased by Bill White to bring Greenbridge Industries to market there will be a nmae change and symbol change before to long they are still working with FINRA on that, so as far as SEC issues current ownership has nothing to do with them or caused them. As far as sales goes they haven't had any sales to date that I am aware of however the contract with SPNG will bring in sales numbers once those pens hit the streets which should be within the next month or so. Just remember this is a brand new company so financials probably won't e out for a little while as far as sales goes, it is my opinion the Bill is lining up his product line and vendors to get his products to market so sales will be soon to follow.

they release press releases, that's what pinks do. someday they'll show pics of a testing facility and a storage room full of stain pens, perhaps co-branded with spongetech, perhaps someone else by then. they'll announce pending contracts with unnamed big-box distributors, ambitious new sales channels and revolutionary product applications and appear ready to take on the big guys (clorox, p&g, etc.) and all the other new green/organic brands that are out grabbing national market share, already on the shelf. until then, announce plans, make projections and name-drop. no revenue yet, but the ceo "acquired" another "development stage" company with no revenue, valued it at $600k and paid for it with company stock. you'll want to look into that before this is over, curiously, there was no concern or comment by regulars on this board about that move. the company, VaporTech just holds patents for yet another "vortex" fuel filter/injection mod that will save the planet through increased gas mileage (auto industry isn't buying much 30-year old technology these days). in short, this is the third-act of the ft. wayne trio, fun to watch but watch out, you're swimming with sharks in here and most are happy to see the fresh blood arriving since spongetech pr.
