Does ECN allow you to buy straight from the market opposed to MM's?

Yes!

Mytrack's ECN is TRAC. Watch the Level II for it. When you see TRAC on the Bid, a Mytrack Platinum customer is buying at the BID. When you see them on the ASK, a Mytrack Platinum customer is selling at the ASK.
