It has had an effect alright - we are going down! IMO the market is waiting for the "mother" PR to hit the wires. All those PRs about bids and negotiations occurred 5-6 weeks ago. This is probably the MMs' way of saying time to tell us what happened.
As for resistance points, you are right. Good news should send us comfortably over moving averages with next resistance being in the 3.25 cent region IMO. There may be some nominal res around 5 also, next one after that is in the 8 area then it could be blue skies for a fair while.
