Since ZENG just started trading paying 3 million shares for a market awareness or promotional campaign is nothing to get the word out on the street about the company. Go see an advertising or promotion company on Wall Street and ask how much they would charge, LOL. That amount of shares would have been gobbled up by investors very fast. Well worth the money. Since ZENG just reduced the A/S by 55% it seems they are not concerned about shares being bloated and have no plans to dilute. Just money well spent. Now that the word is out about ZENG it is up to the company to carry the ball forward which I believe they will.
