LOL... been investing long? Or... been watching this stock the last few weeks? Nearly every day the PPS is all over even thought buys significantly out-pace the sells. At first I thought it may be dilution but then after I watched it and saw how it responded to news and other perceptions... I realized it's mainly perception based. People sit on bids or w/e. But... eventually, the real news will come and the PPS will behave correctly.
