Hello rudi! Yes even monkeys make mistakes. Earlier this month I received a 90 day suspension from electronically trading one of my account. I was trading more than one acount that day and wasn't paying attention and made one too many day trades in an IRA account.<g> It seems the SEC doesn't like that kind of slip up.
