Yesterday I suggested a buyout at $25/27, $22 is a "letdown". Not sure if it is worth that much, but on the other hand, if the Vagus nerve stimulation system is eventually accepted for severe drug refractive depression, it is a billion plus market and anything under a billion bucks for it is a "fair" price. The nature of the beast is that it will expand to less refractive and other neurological diseases as well, being equivalent or even greater than heart pace makers.
