Here's an article on options you might find interesting, http://www.traderssource.net/julaug04/pdf/options_p44-45.pdf I would post it, but it's a pdf. I'm not totally up on options, but it basically says you know the price and time, it's the implied volatility that you need to watch.

That's why I don't like options, you're down 3% right off the bat just from the spread.
