Rates are always tough to forecast when I try to anticipate a turn, but the nice thing with rates is that once they turn, they put in a very consistent move. With all the reasons for rates to rise, you know they will,, but determining when can be tough. The bond guys love their TA, so it is especially useful with rates.
As Bill Gross said today " bonds are full." IOW, don't expect rates to continue down. A local terror attack could certainly be a interest rate reducer and therefore the major wild card to me.JMHO
