They never make you wait for money to clear. If you sold a stock today, you can buy it back today. You are allowed one round trip per stock per day in your cash account with the same money. Electronic checks clear for trading the next morning. That means never having to wire again. Wires clear same day.

I don't use margin but if I did the trading is legendary.

$12.95 ain't much when you don't have to wait 5 days for your money to clear.
