BigDon, on Alexa charts the lower the number the better the rating. That is until you get down into the reach to see how many out of every 1,000,000 dot com's visited we are hit.
It's saying out of, I don't know, 150,000 .com(s) we are 28,000th. It's all dot com's so naturally msn.com, netscape.com, yahoo.com, ebay.com,etc. are going to rank in the lower 500. To get a comparison you can put in, as an example, gplay.com in the comparison window and see that we are much better.(I picked that one so you'll see we are not in the bottom of the barrel.)
