Idea...

After the 10k is filed with said amount in float. We should all lay are cards on the table on share ownership.

I'll bet just the posters and readers on this board would come close or surpass legal float...

I'll start it off, but not till the 10k is filed

Gas: Question. Holding tight for the squeeze with my GTC orders set at different prices for my mere 48,300 shares. When the events start what happens if the so-called hedge fund/mm's/brokers-dealers run out of money on the run up before all GTC sell orders are filled, and they in effect are bankrupt? If there are a billion phantom shares, plus legal shorts, and no float at this time then... what?? If D.F. and Group holds out for his prices and the orders can't be filled what happens? What happens if my GTC sell orders can't be filled for reasons indicated above?? Any help, thanks.

I have been a long for several months now and I have heard and read about the squeeze coming soon...

Recent positive pr's have not provoked any "squeeze"
so I am naturally skeptical about any "squeeze".

If the company announces "another buyback plan"
to further reduce the share float, then
we should see higher prices since there will be fewer shares right?

An independent 3rd party verificaton of
accounting reports etc should add even more
credability.

As for SEC power/enforcement ability
I would love to see them act very fast;
but I won't hold my breath for them to act soon.

The company should finish its buyback program
within a month just a few days after the 10k is released.

I predict another buyback plan announced
as suggested by a few others
