Mr. Wizard - By their nature, these boards will have many more positive posts than negative. It's only natural to get excited about a new company, new technology, money-making opportunity, etc.
Obviously, a little healthy skepticism is of value and even proponents should recognize that.
Constant, repetitive, cheerleading, paid or voluntary, can, I admit, become somewhat annoying, even if you are onboard as a shareholder - and can even produce a negative result by making a solid deal look hokey. I'm a marketing guy who hates to see that happen.
But, on the other hand, repetitive circular negativity is, to me, even more off-putting.
Let's debate the news as it comes. I think that is the most helpful approach. I'm staying long and looking forward to the next couple of weeks.
