They don't even release financials. Why would the "feds" care if they had flow numbers?

What funds are available to reduce O/S by 2 Billion? Moneys coming in, and I imagine they are being paid for wells up and running. How are they being paid if if no one knows how much gas they are producing including them?

I cant remember the company that is finding out what the "numbers" are supposed to be for Megellan. But lets say if megellan told them to not officially give them the numbers or to take your time getting the offical numbers to us, then it would be hard to prove anything. Im sure these companys all are very tight. And I am sure the guy from one company could have talked with the owner of the other company, "off the record", and they all know what the numbers are. If they are good that gives Megellan all the time to buy back. This is just my opinion and I have no knowledge that this senario acutally is true or not, offically.
