I'm with you also. Right now, all we have is brig's alleged email, so for those who don't KNOW, we have 2 explanations:

Either brig fabricated it for some reason, or John shouldn't have written what he did. I knew at the time that I was taking a chance on the timing, and I take full responsibility. However, I will not ever again take action based on similar information from the same source. We don't know what led John to write that (assuming it wasn't a fabrication), and it may have a very plausible explanation, but he didn't include any conditions or caveats in his statement. Get this to $5 today and all will be forgiven...;-)

guys, first of all the Q is not delayed, second it has been ready to file for a few days, but there are material events now that have taken a bit longer ( a few days) to finalize (and are now final) and will influence the 10Q. This is why it has been held a couple of days. I can not tell you when John will file, but I can tell you that will be before the due date of 8/15 (a week from today) right after the material events are reported. This has happen after an accountant family member passed away last week, so when the 10Q was only ready this week, the material event was coming to conclusion and wouldn't make any sense to file first and PR the material event right after. What happen this week is IMHO huge and everyone is going to be surprised of the scope I wish I could say more but I can't, but the way she traded today seemed like some info has been leaking
