based on titles alone i found nothing hugely intriguing except for maybe an analysis of viral kinetics from inform comparing protease-soc and protease-polymerase, suggesting the latter has similar kinetics (i.e. adding polymerase inhibitor suppresses resistance to the protease similar to soc). i say it is only mildly interesting because this was an expected outcome based on preclinical models, and tells you nothing about relapse, which is the area of greatest uncertainty when talking about removing soc from future regimens
