Unfortunately yeah, thats a problem which I never expected.. I prefer to short so thats usually how I go with the IWM and its frustrating.. I now reserve the shares each morning if I plan on playing it which is silly..
Apparently alot of deep pockets/hedge funds like it from what I hear because of the liquidity and volatily and they steal all my short shares : )
