ok, so they raise the AS so golden gate can dilute more! nice. Golden gate was locked to where they could only dilute so much into the market, and they hit that limit. Once the AS is raised(if it hasn't been already) GG can then dump more shares on the market for u to buy. I really hope thats your idea what might happend and Stucki did not say that to you. Both cases are very very very very very bad for shareholder BTW. As for having a low AS, thats a poor excuse since its just wrong.
