I believe you are correct. Scoops have been placed behind the door window area which provide an air source to the radiator.

The ones that were Yet to Be cut out were For BRAKE cooling Just Like the Front ones that are also still solid , High performance vehicles Need these to keep the Brakes cool or they Heat up and Go away on You ...

discussion is Meaningless, I Brought it up more of an example then anything it was a Dang Kit car that was More then 50% Complete when He Uncrated it (Most of the Components were already There) the VERDE due out in a Few Months is to be designed from the ground UP which Means designing and Having Manufactured EVERY Door handle , Spring Hanger exhaust system , ashtray etc,etc,etc,etc a HUGE task for a large Team of Engineers ... an Impossibe PIPE DREAM For one Guy & His wife ..
