Sinfonian, CMN, if here is no bad news and I can't find any, look back and you can see that they have done shakouts a couple of times, and back in July as big as this one, so it could be a prelude to a nice run-up

If I were long, I would be worried about the double top (or slightly higher high) and the CCI and RSI divergences on your chart. And the trendline break on volume.

This in't an exact science, but I would be cautious.
