Marketmaven, what's wrong with S&P upgrading WFMI's credit? Sure their stock might be overvalued, but they could be debt-free with only a little dilution if they wanted to. It doesn't seem like a big risk to loan to them.
BTW, I agree with your Trader Joe's comment; I wish they were public.
