the reality is that almost nothing bush tried to do succeeded especially after 2006

the dems would not let hom fix anything. but in april of 2008, he passed a mortgagte bailout bill that you never heard of. it was 300 billion in mortgage bailouts. but the news never said anythiing, demo msnbc or demo cnn never ran a story.

he came to asbury park nj, and met with the major for 4 hours. the major, a life long democrat vowed that he would vote for bush if he could.

But the dems were not going to let any opportunity to go unwasted. they new it wa really impt for the president to pass this legislation. so they tacked on 20 billion for hud related community organizers, you know, acorn. yes in the bush mortgage bail out bill you never read about.
