the reason they will cover is because they are forced to...

28 cents didn't hold because the shorts attacked it... for whatever reason (most likely margins getting too hig)...

that being said to cover would bankrupt them thus the reason they don't want to cover...

They will not cover until they are forced to, no matter what the PPS. Dividend, up list, and merger are all examples of what it will take (there are probably others). I am personally expecting to see a dividend by years end.

ive got a lot of theories about the run to 28... but, all are just that...

what will make them cover??

FORCED ACCOUNTING OF SHARES...

they were not 'forced' to do anything at 28...

but consider that to raise their overall pps avg, the volume needed would be HUGE... double, then double that, then double that.... etc...

a move to nasdaq would certainly force an accounting of all shares... perhaps a divy... many ways really... i think that all of them have been outlined here at one time or another...
