The 150K
I belive it was the last CC...
Dr. George was talking about the new facility in China. He said they will start with 50M kits/ year to reach full capacity of 150M per year.
I was not able to re listen to the cc, and I dont think they have written transcripts of the CC...
Coupled that with the Chinese pharmaceutical firm, where the pharm contact expects large market in China..
1.2B people, 150M seems like a small number, and they need that many just to keep up with the demand...
So, orasure with ~ 50-70M per year was around $7-8
If 150M kits are sold with 50c profit that approx 75M so there is the $ 7-8 range but, outstanding shares of Orasure i think are smaller...
Anyways, 150M in china, and the rest of the world another 150M.. as an guess, hell India could be just that... they have messed up aids awarness programs...
Anywho.... they have to get going during 2005, I think after that other firms will be there also...
So pure probably bad guess they need to reach high revenues quickly like end of 2005 1st qtr 2006... I would say 2.00 by 2005, and who knows in 2006? 5-10-15?
