Filed their NT 10Q on Friday indicating they will file late.

They have until Wednesday to file their financials, so we won't have long to wait for an update on the merger.

Hopefully the delay in financials is so they can complete the Defi deal.

Both of these companies seem interesting.

Funfinder provides GPS devices at resorts like Vail and SeaWorld customized for the specific location providing all sorts of interesting info on each location, like a portable tour guide.

They are in the process of signing an agreement with Royal Caribbean Cruises. With as many cruises as they have, that could be a pretty big deal.

Since Defi Mobile has yet to close, we need to look at the other possibilities for the company.
