Petro America did a reverse merger with ASWD. That company then became Petro America of Delaware. The stock symbol went from ASWD to PTRZ, only somehow when they did the transfer of stock the NASDAQ put the old ASWD shares into the Petro of Illinois/ TX company that we all read about back in OCT. This company is defunct and that is where are problems are at the moment. As far as the stock brokers are concerned, we own worthless shares in a company that does not exist. That is NOT true.....Owen is aware of the situation and it is being worked on. I do not know how long it will take to untangle the mess.
