12 million could come from Korean Lake deal. I think Wowgreen was heavily weighted to 4th quarter. However, nothing else has been released to us on what could make up the rest of that previous forecast. Here some deals could come through in the Fall.

Why would this year be 1 million when last year was almost 10 million, without Wow?

And the projection was 136 million, not 138. Did you catch this?

If you're going to badmouth the company at least use accurate figures.

And that invoice only goes up to the end of April. EESO could have continued shipping up until the suit was filed. You never know, Wowgreen could have been ordering on a cash basis for the shipments after that, so the revenues could be more. Perhaps Wow was continuing to order product and stringing Jared along, saying, yeah we'll pay off those old invoices as soon as we can, but we have to keep shipping product out... here, we'll pay you for these orders as a show of good faith. Then they dropped the hammer on EESO, and said thanks for the $200K suckers, we're making our own products now. Maybe they owe the $200K on a smaller invoice so if Jared sues, the paperwork can come out and be twisted to make EESO look bad. All the other orders are paid and confidential. Would like to see if someone can get a copy of the SUPPLY AGREEMENT from the court house that would give us an idea on what was planned atleast even if it is now in doubt. EESO's future stock price will be determined on how much Jared has been a victim in this all and if he played any role in it. We need a revised forecast probably without Wowgreen.

Solman I have complained about that absurd number about 6 months back. I think I broke it down to about 10,000 dollars a day and had some really good arguements with the hardliners on here. Well, now 6 months later Jared admits it was a mistake? Good Lord I think that amounts to fraud! What a joke. A very bad joke. A lot of good people lost money here.
