I called mine and was on hold for 5 minutes, just for them to come back and immediately ask me, "why do you want them?" lol, hmmm!

S.T.is a pain in the a$$ to get certs from....They have to protect their bud, NITE...It took them 3 or 4 months to get certs last time I had to deal with that..
