Risk, I have thought the 10K may (big if) come early with exceptional numbers. By early It would have to be 11th or 12th of this month. Most would say the new auditors won't have time to finish but, we don't know when they actually began talks with Robison. Just my thoughts and opinion.

aside from the reverse merger strategy, get the OS as low as you can and then issue a dividend.. while they wouldnt be forced to cover there will be a buying frenzy if a dividend is declared and they will be on the hook for all of the dividends on those airshares

How can company activate short covering? I believe like you do that the shorts would have to buy a legit share to fully cover otherwise it would be endless.
If SPNG and others in a group would own all issued shares then they could issue a dividend with the agreeement to give it all back to SPNG.
No cost to company only to the shorts who would have to pay out on ever shorted share.
The company could continue to issue dividends (every week?) and the shorts would have to keep paying out, endlessly. I don't know if this plan has ever happened.
And like Z4lover said if the company holds more shares over total then they would make a profit on ever dividend issued.
We all need to see some plan like this happen once to help all, without going to the certificate route.
