I fail to see why some people (be it CEOs, execs, Drs etc..) should command multi million (sometime BILLIONS) of salaries per year versus another person who has for example a masters or PhD in engineering, spend just as many years in school, spend just as much money and has as many years of experience. The whole system is a ponzi scheme. Has been build with mainly white people (even though recently others are also getting the coattails) rubbing each other and stuffing each others pockets over many years. The hiring and ever escalating salaries of those crooks has been an inside job (a white inside job) for many years. It is why we now have these obscene salaries that have nothing to do with performance. It does not matter if the company goes to the sh*ter or not. If the execs are incompetent or not. The inside people make an obscene amount of money no matter what. Just as long as you can get the board (board mind you that members of are all in the same club with the candidates). The CEO makes up the salaries of the board and the board makes up the salaries of the CEOs. Freaking ponzi scheme.
