I can't see the why but one of the "biggy" TA newsletter guys is calling for likehood of indexes smashing upwards to new new highs in the major indexes over the next 6 months based on ONE indicator, he says because last weeks rally in $SOXX looks like it's bounce in Oct 2002 and March 2003.
I don't think calls can be that easy:), but there it is, the guy from Hong Kong is pushing this.
